Bari Establishment
Khelat Bhawan was established as a grand Bengali heritage mansion by the visionary Ghosh family, marking the beginning of a cultural legacy.
The foundation stone was laid with traditional Bengali architectural elements, featuring intricate woodwork and terracotta designs.

Durga Puja Begins
Started the sacred tradition of Durga Puja that continues uninterrupted for 170+ years, becoming one of Kolkata's oldest celebrations.
The first Durga Puja was celebrated with great devotion, establishing rituals that are followed to this day.

Sri Ramakrishna Visit
The great saint Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa blessed this house with his divine presence, sanctifying the premises forever.
This historic visit elevated the spiritual significance of Khelat Bhawan, making it a pilgrimage site for devotees.

Council of Culture
Establishment of Artist Nectar Council of Culture for comprehensive artist welfare and cultural preservation initiatives.
